Island Familiarisation Tour
The tour can be tailored to your needs. This usually entails picking our clients up from the airport/Hotel and having a days driven tour of the Island. This will provide an overview of the main area’s on the Island and their property styles and values with details of the local amenities and pros and cons of each area.
Comprehensive Search Brief
Our consultant will work closely with the client by keeping in touch by phone/E-mail to create a personally tailored search brief. Proactive search
This will consist of the initial research, previews of properties and the viewing appointments being arranged for the tour.
We proactively source properties being openly and quietly marketed through estate agents, property developers and private sales. It is an exhaustive approach to searching which enables us to gain early or pre – market access to property on the Island.
Accompanied viewings
Your search consultant will arrange all your viewings at your convenience. Upon arrival to the Island, your consultant will pick you up from the Airport/Hotel and will accompany you on all viewings, advising on the negatives as well as the positives of the property and location.
